PJW105 is halogen-free flame-retardant PP insulation compounds for auto cables. It is environmental and non-toxic, and has excellent abrasion-resistant property, electrical property, mechanical property and processability performance. There is no need to cross-link and is an ideal upgrading substitute of 105℃PVC and 105℃irradiation cross-linkable polyolefin insulation compounds. It can be used as insulation of auto cables, and communication cables. The highest temperature is 105℃.
PJW105为汽车电线用无卤阻燃聚丙烯绝缘料，环保无毒，具有优异的耐磨性，电气性能和机械性能，加工性能良好，无需交联，是105℃聚氯乙烯和105℃辐照交联聚烯烃绝缘料的理想升级替代品。可用于汽车电线的绝缘，也可应用于通讯电缆的绝缘，最高使用温度105℃。
Processing Indicator 加工工艺
Recommend to use single ordinary screw extruder with L/D=20-25.
建议使用普通长径比为20-25的单螺杆挤出机进行生产。
