Lead-free elastomeric flame retardant PVC/NBR insulation compounds are granule compounds which are manufactured with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin and nitrile-butadiene rubber as the basic raw material, and add special plasticizer, stabilizer, flame retardant and other accessory ingredients.
环保型聚氯乙烯/丁腈复合物弹性体阻燃绝缘料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂和丁腈橡胶为基料，加入特种增塑剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
 
Characteristics and Application 特点及用途
These products have good oil-resistant property, soft and flexible, and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. They are mainly used for the insulation of oil-resistant and flame-retardant cables, elevator cables, oil-resistant soft wires of dust cleaner, heavy soft cables and crane cables.
产品具有良好的耐油性、弹性和柔软性，加工性能优异，符合RoHS环保标准。主要用于有耐油和阻燃要求的电线电缆、电梯电缆、耐油吸尘器软线、重型软线、起重机电缆等绝缘材料。
Processing Indicator加工工艺
Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建议使用普通长径比为20-25的单螺杆挤出机进行生产。
